Family Programming

Irina Jodzio is the Parent Intensive and Family Group Facilitator at https://sober-home.org/. Irina has an extensive background working with young adults and their families, and has been participating in the New Beginning Recovery community for many years, helping the young men recover. After graduating from New Life recovery house in 2022, he embarked on a mission to pay it forward. As a dedicated sponsor, he extends his hand to guide others through their own recovery journeys, nurturing a sense of belonging within the community. His tenure at Clear Behavioral Health deepened his understanding of the complexities within the community, equipping him with invaluable insights to facilitate recovery for the young men who cross his path. Cameron continues to foster hope and empowerment in every individual who enters those doors.

New Beginning Recovery’s success in working with young men began to take off once the guys began living with their own peers. Pat’s work in primary treatment has provided him with an opportunity to have a number of clients transition to New Beginning Recovery over the past 18 years. He has seen firsthand the work that occurs there and the benefits for these young men in perpetuating their progress in recovery. Being in recovery himself, he is an advocate for utilizing the 12 steps and has honed his skills at assisting clients and their families incorporate them while recognizing them as part of a comprehensive plan for recovery. David has received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Southern California and is poised to contribute significantly to New Life’s growth, ensuring that the organization continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of men seeking recovery.

We designed our holistic program specifically to help young men between the ages of 18 and 35. We do this through the implementation of services such as life skills, partnered individualized therapy, and partnered holistic treatment. Teenagers and young adults who use drugs can damage their still-developing brains.

Thereafter, Robert has had experience fostering recovery within the New Life and AA community in many different capacities. He strives to utilize this experience to create an environment conducive to long term success and sobriety. Robert is not only a group facilitator, but also a life coach and sponsor for many within the recovery community at large, whilst also pursuing his degree in International Studies and Japanese Language at CSU Long Beach.

I have been in a few different ones and New Beginning Recovery has by far surpassed my expectations and my wildest imaginations.
